Therapy: A Safe Place to Cry
In this week's episode, Ellie and Ben talk about owning your mental health journey by (among other things) getting a friggin' therapist. For a lot of people, it's difficult to admit that you need help, and even harder to ask a stranger for it. BUT it's also super important.
Ellie talks about her journey from therapist to therapist and how it has changed her life, and Ben admits that he hasn't really even begun the process. Wherever you are in your journey, this episode will encourage and inspire you to at least give it a chance.
