<p>I'm Noticing is a relational experiment in self-awareness, connected communication and flow.</p><p>We utilize authentic relating principles to create a shared space for self-discovery, authenticity and communication.</p><p>We utilize Internal Family Systems and Nonviolent Communication (IFS &amp; NVC) as models through which we perceive our systems and emphasize a feelings- and needs-based consciousness.</p><p>We expect to witness an evolution of our interactions over time which will highlight new awarenesses, connected language and growth.</p>

<p>In this lucky 13th instalment of <em>I'm Noticing, </em>we continue to notice more clearly how our systems respond to the ongoing experiment of communicating within this container, including avoidant parts that seek to pull us away. Intentions arise to reconnect. </p><p></p><p>And AmyJoy's dog snores very loudly!</p><p></p><p><em>I'm Noticing</em> is an immersive, experiential podcast. We don't discuss IFS, NVC, or authentic communication. We experience it and invite the audience to have your own experience in tandem with us as you listen, however that shows up for you.</p><p></p><p>The overarching intention of this process is to consistently bring more connecting language to our descriptions of our systems and communicate in a way that facilitates fluidity with our noticings.</p><p></p><p>This is also an experiment in editing and producing a podcast! The container (or, our set of intentions) necessarily changes as we go further into this experiment, because systems always shift to find balance, it becomes an essential component of the container to shift to keep us off-balance in a way that serves us to have deeper noticings.</p><p></p><p><em>I'm Noticing</em> is an immersive, experiential podcast.
