There are moments when life as you knew it has shifted, but what comes next has not yet fully revealed itself. Our perception shapes our reality, and our hearts shape our perception. Our human journey is a gift meant to help us recognize the ways we've been taught to understand reality ways rooted in fear. This is the way to truly reclaim our innate power and embody this knowingness from within. This power was never meant to be about controlling others. It is about being so tapped into your heart that you no longer perceive through the lens of fear you were once taught.
