<p>Lo yoga è per tutti, si dice. </p><p>Non tutti, però, sono flessibili allo stesso modo. Alcuni hanno problemi ad articolazioni, ossa o muscoli, alcuni di noi sono troppo esili, altri molto robusti. Altri ancora, infine, sono nati con un corpo che non sembra rientrare nella discriminante categoria della normalità. </p><p>La maggior parte delle storie che coinvolgono lo yoga narrano di sovrani votati all’ascesi, santi disciplinati che acquisiscono straordinari poteri, visioni divine. Eppure, tra le figure che popolano la mitologia indiana, ce n’è una che brilla per la sua diversità. Un ragazzino disabile, orfano di padre, cresciuto nella foresta in una comunità di studiosi. Costretto a confrontarsi coi limiti imposti dal proprio corpo, scoprì il segreto per accedere alla liberazione.
