my current struggles with body dysmorphia (as an athlete)
<p>It's been six whole years since I was diagnosed with anorexia. I've healed so much but still face struggles with it from time to time and lately it's been a lot harder than usual. I have no idea what my body looks like since body dysmorphia has crept back into my mind. I've started to feel like I need to change my body to be a better athlete again and even as I notice it and don't want to feel this way, I do.
