Ep 3-B: My Anxieties (Jobs) [SIDE B]

It's been a while! Sorry for anyone who has been anticipating this! / a bit of a warning if you don't like profanity, I do swear only because I reference a quote that swears a lot - so just thought I'd inform you so you're aware!

Finally, I managed to get out SIDE B! SIDE B goes through my reflection and resolution drawing from the issues I had in SIDE A.

I reference the Change Triangle from Routines & Ruts Podcast under the Hilary Jacobs Hendel episode on emotions, types of shame and slowing down as well as Routine & Ruts R&R mini on puddle theory. I also reference a quote from an Instagram account with the username "gfda.co", a.k.a 'good fucking design advice' under their post "stop and fucking reflect". These are all mentioned in the podcast but I've written it here in the notes so if you want to look further, it's clearly written for you to read and check out.

As always, the theme song/music used in this podcast is from Tokyo Music Walker, this song is called "Colourful Flower" and you can find it on Soundcloud: https://soundcloud.com/user-3565460060

Ep 3-A: My Anxieties... (specifically Jobs) [SIDE A]

This is a 2-parter Episode, with this episode being SIDE A, the first part.

This episode is a little low on energy as I delve into my "job anxiety", how I feel about trying to secure a job and career in my life to be successful and how the whole thing is stressful and making me consistently anxious. I'll tell you stories about how I failed my driver's test multiple times and how just doing something - anything, little by little can go a long way to helping you get out of a rut. It certainly helps me feel a little better. I'm not so energetic in this episode, but I wanted to share the real and vulnerable sides of me as I believe it's all in the journey of growth.

Know that I'm no psychologist or therapist expert, all the perspectives, philosophies, stories I share in my podcast episode are my own subjective thoughts, feelings, and experiences. This podcast is solely about me and my journey - achievements, and pitfalls together.

The music used is from Tokyo Music Walker, called "Colourful Flower", their music can be found here: https://soundcloud.com/user-356546060

This podcast is recorded, edited, and managed by me.

Ep 2: Past, Present, Future (My Revelation on Journeys)

I'm back with a new episode! And trying out something new... music!

The intro and outro music is thanks to the musician, "Tokyo Music Walker". I'm using their song, "colourful flowers".

You can check out their music here: https://soundcloud.com/user-356546060

This episode is about why I think leaving a legacy and preserving your journey is important for yourself but for others too. I made a revelation talking with a friend on the importance of your journey and sharing your journey and I delve into how I think it's a shame that people remove their old posts and erase their history as if they were new people. Keep in mind, the advice I give is based on my own experiences and may not work for everyone. So take it with a grain of salt. I'm here to share what I believe in at this current stage of my life. Perhaps something I can come back to as a 'time capsule' of who I am at this time and age. Again, you could say I'm biased too, in the end, it's up to you, I'm just another perspective.

This podcast is recorded, edited and managed by me.
