Simply be where your feet are and be present. It's the greatest gift you can give yourself and the people who are behind you. Right. So the ability to sort of be anchored in that moment and fully absorb what is happening and taking every moment as its own special experience. And not thinking about what's next, but what's now. That's beautiful. And to me, Joe, the person that's listening right now, if they can just be radically present like you and I are right now, that's where they're going to take one little thing away from this that your eye might have said and go, that really applies to me.
