Martin Biedermann - Vorstandsmitglied IAA Austrian Chapter
Der gebürtige Wiener (Jahrgang 1972) studierte Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der WU Wien sowie an der University of Illinois und schloss mit dem Mag. rer. soc. oec. ab. Seine berufliche Laufbahn führte ihn zunächst über Stationen bei Bank Austria, ProSieben, der Verlagsgruppe NEWS, ORF Enterprise und ATV, bevor er 2008 zum ORF wechselte. Dort war er zunächst als Referent und Büroleiter in der Generaldirektion tätig; seit 2012 verantwortet er als Hauptabteilungsleiter Marketing und Kommunikation die entsprechenden Agenden des ORF. Darüber hinaus ist er Geschäftsführer der beiden Tochtergesellschaften ORF Marketing & Creation GmbH (OMC) sowie ORF Kontakt und Kundenservice GmbH (ORF-K). Ehrenamtlich engagiert er sich als Vorstandsmitglied der APA und wirkt zudem als Beirat des SK Rapid. Marc Kobza - Young Professionals Präsident IAA Austrian Chapter
Marc Kobza ist Gründer und CEO von kobza+collective, einer internationalen Brand Strategy & Creative Consultancy mit Sitz in Dubai. Mit seiner Agentur entwickelt er strategisch fundierte Marken und Produktwelten für nationale und internationale Kunden, darunter Majid Al Futtaim und Carrefour. Davor war Marc Kobza in führenden Agenturen tätig, darunter adam&eveDDB in London und TLGG in Berlin. Zuletzt leitete er als Managing Director die Wiener Kreativagentur KTHE | Team Farner, wo er deren dynamische Entwicklung maßgeblich prägte. Seine Projekte wurden mehrfach ausgezeichnet – unter anderem mit dem EFFIE, der CCA Venus, dem Red Dot: Best of the Best und dem Österreichischen Staatspreis für Marketing. Im IAA Vorstand verantwortet Marc Kobza die internationale Vernetzung des Austria Chapter mit IAA Global sowie die Leitung des Young Professionals Program. Beatrice Cox-Riesenfelder - Vorstandsmitglied IAA Austrian Chapter
Beatrice COX-RIESENFELDER wurde am 20. September 1970 in Wien geboren. Aufgewachsen in Wien und Paris, studierte sie Publizistik und Kommunikationswissenschaften an der Uni Wien und International Economics (MBA) an der FOM in Frankfurt. Über 20 Jahre im Medienbusiness, unter anderem im ORF Konzern als Geschäftsführerin von mehreren Tochterfirmen und in der Kosmetikbranche. Seit 2025 leitet Cox-Riesenfelder die Werbevermarktung der Flughafen Wien AG, Airport Media. Cox-Riesenfelder ist seit 15 Jahren im globalen Netzwerk der IAA ehrenamtlich aktiv, davon zuletzt 6 Jahre als Area Director IAA Europe, Vorsitzende des Advisory Boards und seit 2026 im Vorstand der IAA Österreich für International Affairs.
