UPSC conducts IAS annually and receives 1 million applications for a few thousand seats. Clearing the examination without appropriate guidance and mentorship can be an uphill task.
I am Dr GG Saxena, IAS Retired, from 1996 AGMUT cadre. During my government service, I have seen my ups and downs, learnt lessons and mentored many aspirants along the way.
