[…] So Crohn's and Colitis. And unsurprisingly, woof, a lot of these folks have blatant nutrient deficiencies. And vitamin E was fairly common about 24 % of people with Crohn's and 44 % of people with ulcerative colitis had measurable deficiency on laboratory testing. Yeah. Which is like, that's pretty significant. If it's bad enough to get to that point. Now interestingly, the other fat soluble nutrients were just about as bad and about 53 % of both of those groups of people had blatant vitamin A deficiencies as well. And copper, they also looked at copper and copper deficiency was fairly common. […]
