#06 Keynote Speakers: Katarina & Torgny
Katarina Mårtensson & Torgny Roxå are both senior lecturers at Lund University, and they have been working as academic developers for 20+ years at the university. Katarina is affiliated with the Division for Higher Education Development (AHU) within the Department of Educational Sciences. Torgny is affilated with the Academic Development Unit at the Faulty of Engineering. For many years, they have worked closely together, studying conditions for academic development at the organizational meso-level. In addition to their daily jobs at LU, they have several international commitments. Katarina is among others co-editor of Teaching & Learning Inquiry, the journal of the International Society for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, ISSOTL, where she was co-president for 3 years.

#05 Keynote Speaker: Klara Bolander Laksov
Klara Bolander Laksov is Professor of Higher Education and Director of the Stockholm University Centre for the Advancement of University Teaching. She is previous chair of the Swedish Educational Development network, Swednet and a co-editor of the International Journal for Academic Development. Klara Bolander Laksov is actively involved in many international collaborations. Her research focuses on educational development, for example on pedagogical leadership, local educational cultures, scholarship of teaching and learning, and organisational change in higher education. She is currently working on a project where opportunities for life long learning in different public sector work environments, including higher education, are explored regarding the sustainability of formal and informal learning.
