Es geht um Geschenke und das Gesehenwerden, um Familie und die Entscheidung, Weihnachten heute anders zu leben. Um Glauben, der nicht an Institutionen gebunden ist, sondern an Menschen, die wie Engel zur richtigen Zeit erscheinen. Eine ruhige Folge über Schutz, Selbstwahl und die Erlaubnis, Weihnachten so zu gestalten, wie es sich sicher anfühlt.</p>

<p>Diese Folge ist ein leiser Abschluss und zugleich ein Innehalten. Es geht um Familie, um Erwartungen, um Verlust und um die schmerzhafte Erkenntnis, dass Nähe nicht durch Blut entsteht. Um den Moment, in dem man begreift, dass Vergebung keine Pflicht ist und dass Selbstschutz kein Verrat bedeutet.</p><p><br></p><p>Episode 7 ist die letzte Folge von Staffel 2. In dieser Folge spreche ich darüber, wie es sich anfühlt, einen Namen zu tragen, der nie wirklich mir gehörte, und warum ich ihn loslassen musste, um endlich frei zu atmen. Es geht um Identität, um Selbstakzeptanz, um den Mut, sich selbst wiederzufinden, und um den Moment, in dem du erkennst, dass du dich zu lange für alle anderen klein gemacht hast. Diese Episode handelt von Schmerzen, die sich leise in dein Leben fressen, und von der befreienden Erkenntnis, dass du das Recht hast, dich neu zu benennen, wenn dein altes Ich dich verletzt hat.</p>
