Episode 13: Go Small and Go Home
GENRE: Cat and Mouse CAST: Billie Piper, Christian Serratos, Jon Bernthal, Jeremy Irons, Bill Murray Some jobs are too small to notice. Some mistakes are too big to survive. Go Small and Go Home Jolene (Billie Piper) and Beth (Christian Serratos) had one simple rule: don't get greedy. Two sharp, streetwise women with nothing to lose and everything to gain, they devised the perfect plan. Hit five safety deposit boxes in one quietly mafia-owned bank, pocket enough to disappear forever, and never look back. No fuss. No headlines. No bodies. Go small, and go home. But buried among the cash and jewels was something they weren't supposed to find. A document. A secret. The kind that makes powerful men very, very nervous and very, very dangerous. Now, two rival crime families, the imperiously composed Sid (Jeremy Irons) and the deceptively affable Mr. Kakishaki (Bill Murray) have set aside their long-running war for one unified purpose: getting it back. And they've dispatched the one man who always gets the job done. Detective Somersby (Jon Bernthal) isn't a cop. He isn't exactly CIA either; though he carries a badge that says otherwise. He's a fixer. A ghost. A man who leaves no witnesses, no loose ends, and no forwarding address. He moves through towns like a slow-burning fuse, calm as Sunday morning right up until the moment everything explodes. Every diner owner, every motel clerk, every gas station attendant who so much as glances in the wrong direction… won't be glancing at anything ever again. Jolene and Beth don't know who he is. They don't know what they have. And they are running out of road. Pursued across faded motels, abandoned buildings, and blood-soaked backroads, with two crime families closing in from one side and a relentless, dead-eyed phantom on the other, the pair must figure out not just how to survive, but why everyone is so desperate to stop them. Because some secrets are worth more than money. And some men can't be bargained with, can't be charmed, and absolutely cannot be stopped.

Episode 10: Dogs Can't Speak Work
In this episode Rick and Geoff make the most of a difficult situation, making an adventure movie using the title "Dogs Can't Speak Words with no fewer than SIX cast members. Listen to find out how the boys made it work and tell them if you'd watch that! Dogs Can't Speak Words "Some legends are worth digging up." Genre: Adventure / Family Comedy Cast: Zendaya, Boyd Holbrook, Keanu Reeves, Salma Hayek, Michael Keaton, Olivier Richters When an ancient Tibetan legend speaks of treasure buried by generations of loyal dogs, most dismiss it as folklore. But for Zendaya and her boyfriend Chad (Boyd Holbrook), it's the adventure of a lifetime, until they vanish into the mountains without a trace. Enter Geoff Hayek (Keanu Reeves), a mild-mannered academic who'd rather teach history than live it, and his wife Tiana Reeves (Salma Hayek), a successful adventure novelist whose stories are far more real than anyone suspects. When they receive a cryptic postcard from their daughter Sarah (Zendaya) alongside a photo of her with Chad, the son of notorious treasure hunter Shane Derrickson (Michael Keaton), they realize she's in grave danger. Racing against time, Geoff and Tiana journey to Tibet during the annual Dog Festival, where locals still celebrate the legendary canines. Following clues that lead them through bustling markets, treacherous mountain paths, and encounters with eccentric villagers, they discover that Sarah is being shadowed by Derrickson's towering henchman Dwayne (Olivier Richters), a seven-foot two giant whose attempts at stealth are hilariously unsuccessful. As Salma's hidden skills as an adventurer are revealed (much to Geoff's bewilderment), the couple discovers that the legend is real: generations of dogs have been trained to bury treasure in a hidden cavern, accessible only through a quicksand entrance that's claimed many seekers. Inside, they find Sarah (Zendaya) and Chad trapped in a glittering cave filled with gems, gold, and an unfortunate amount of canine waste guarded by dozens of devoted dogs still fulfilling their ancient duty. But Derrickson won't let a little sparkly dog mess stand between him and fortune. In a climactic showdown filled with backflips, roundhouse kicks, bumbling henchmen, and one very unexpected hero moment from Geoff, the family must outwit the villain and decide the treasure's true fate, all while the loyal dogs watch with tilted heads and wagging tails. Episode 9: Two Live, One Goodbye
Genre: Post-Apocalyptic Drama Lead Actor: Elizabeth Debicki In a world stripped bare by environmental collapse, a woman and her daughter survive alone until roving gangs tear through her makeshift homestead and kidnap her young daughter, Chloe. Shot and left bleeding, Mama cauterises her own wound and loses a precious day. But she will not stop. She cannot stop. What follows is a brutal arithmetic of survival. In this wasteland, time is the only currency that matters, and Mama will pay any price. Three weeks of hard labour buys a name. A month of back-breaking work earns a direction. Two years tending fields purchases the whisper of a yellow neckerchief seen heading east. Every lead, every scrap of hope, every moment of safety must be bought with the one thing she can never reclaim: time. She bargains away weeks. Then months. Then years. Each transaction pulls her closer to Chloe's trail, but further from the mother Chloe once knew. Mama's hands grow calloused. Her hair turns gray. Her body bears the scars of a thousand compromises. Some people offer fair trades. Others exploit her desperation. One nearly sells her into captivity. But she survives. She endures. She pays. The cruel irony gnaws at her with every passing season: the closer she gets to finding her daughter, the more of herself she loses along the way. How much time can you trade before you become unrecognizable? How many years can you sacrifice before the person you're searching for has grown into someone you've never met? And when Mama finally reaches the end of her search, when the last payment comes due, she must face the ultimate question: Was every day, every month, every year worth it? Two Lives, One Goodbye is a devastating meditation on the weight of impossible choices, the cost of unconditional love, and the transactions we make when time is all we have left to give. A film about sacrifice measured in sunsets. About devotion paid in decades. About a mother who spent a lifetime buying her way back to a single moment, and the heart-breaking price of finally arriving. Episode 7: Wax This

The robots do the waxing. They make the coffee. Occasionally they wave. The customers? Now that's a different story. On any given Tuesday you might serve a seven-limbed bog creature paying in fermented moon slugs, a nervous android on his way to a first date, three sentient fog banks sharing a hatchback, or a time traveller who's technically already been here twice. Sally and Jesse greet them all with the same mild enthusiasm. Meanwhile, in the background and really it's fine, don't worry about it, a full-scale intergalactic war appears to be breaking out on the horizon. There's what looks like an alien invasion two sectors over. A starship just exploded. Fairly spectacularly, actually. Sally refills the coffee. Still, good for business right? The only real threat to the car wash operation is Colonel RebelKillerson, a slick, greasy, gloriously self-important operator with a very shiny uniform and designs on taking over the wash. He is, in Jesse's words, "a lot". What Jesse doesn't know is that this place means something far deeper to her mother. a secret tied to the death of Sally's father, lost long ago in a car waxing incident that changed everything, and that Sally has never once spoken about. Wax This is the story of two women, one broom, an inexhaustible pot of terrible coffee, and a universe that simply cannot stop being dramatic around them. The universe is ending. The cars still need waxing. Find out how Rick and Geoff get to this point, the link to listen is in the comments! And remember, May the Force live long and prosper.

Episode 6: The Exhausting Haunting
Genre: Psychological Horror Starring: David Duchovny, Billy Bob Thornton, Stephen Graham, Michelle Yeoh, Charlize Theron Sleep is survival. Stay awake, or become the next victim. Deep in an isolated research facility, a controversial program offers violent convicts with severe insomnia an alternative to prison: participate in groundbreaking sleep behavior research in exchange for reduced sentences. But something sinister haunts the halls of this institution, a malevolent presence that strikes only when its victims close their eyes. When journalist Dirk Jessup (David Duchovny) arrives to write a puff piece about the facility's rehabilitation efforts, he uncovers a disturbing pattern: inmates transferred here rarely return to prison. As he digs deeper, he discovers that Dr. Higgins (Billy Bob Thornton), the facility's washed-out director, has been turning a blind eye to the deaths for years, drowning his guilt in whiskey and cigarettes while the body count rises. Among the facility's newest inmates are two insomniacs (Stephen Graham and Charlize Theron) who begin to notice what others cannot: a supernatural force that manifests as their darkest fears and past victims. As experimental psychedelic drugs blur the line between reality and hallucination, they must stay vigilant alongside Betty (Michelle Yeoh), a long-term patient whose medicated ravings may hold the key to survival. But in a place where sleep deprivation meets psychological warfare, and where the haunting might be nothing more than drug-induced psychosis, one question remains: What's real, and what's in their minds? The Exhausting Haunting is a relentless descent into paranoia and terror that will keep you awake long after the credits roll. In this facility, the only way to survive is to never let your guard down because the moment you drift off, it's already too late. "A horror film that doesn't let you catch your breath, or close your eyes."

Episode 4: UnderToe
Title: UnderToe Genre: Romantic Drama Actors: Daniel Radcliffe, Selena Gomez, Benedict Cumberbatch Brilliant but painfully introverted scientist Daniel Radcliffe has dedicated his life to one impossible goal: finding a cure for the terminal illness slowly killing the only family he has left—his older brother, played by Benedict Cumberbatch. Outside the laboratory, however, he's hopeless. Social interaction feels like an equation he'll never solve, and every blind date arranged by his well-meaning brother ends in awkward disaster. Across the city, Selena Gomez runs The UnderToe, a warm, bustling restaurant tucked away beneath the shadow of an elevated highway. Independent, witty, and quietly content with her life, she isn't searching for love—but she hasn't given up on the possibility either. As Daniel Radcliffe's disastrous dates repeatedly bring him to her restaurant, Selena Gomez begins offering gentle observations about why every encounter falls apart. What starts as practical advice slowly becomes friendship, then something far deeper. Through shared conversations, humour, and vulnerability, Daniel Radcliffe discovers that understanding people is every bit as complicated—and rewarding—as understanding science. While their relationship blossoms, the pressure inside Daniel Radcliffe's laboratory intensifies. His experimental treatment reaches its first human trial, forcing him to confront the impossible choice between scientific ambition and personal hope. When tragedy strikes, he must decide whether to retreat into the certainty of his work or embrace the messy, unpredictable world that Selena Gomez has shown him. UnderToe is a heartfelt romantic drama about grief, connection, and the unexpected places where love can be found. Blending quiet humour with emotional depth, it explores how the strongest forces in life—love, loss, and hope—can pull us under before teaching us how to rise again.

Episode 2: Barry Did It
Barry Did It. Genre: Crime Staring: 50 Cent – James Halfpenny. Barry Did It is a stylish neo-noir crime thriller in the tradition of L.A. Confidential, Chinatown and Sin City, blending mystery, corruption and psychological detective work with an unforgettable visual style. Detective James Halfpenny (50 Cent) is recovering from an injury that has confined him to desk duty. Assigned to organise decades of forgotten case files, Halfpenny begins to notice an impossible pattern. Every unsolved murder of a police officer has been quietly filed away under the same dismissive phrase: "Barry did it." Within the precinct it's become a joke—a convenient explanation whenever a case can't be solved. Each dusty file uncovers another piece of a conspiracy stretching back decades, including the unsolved murder of Halfpenny's own father, a respected police officer whose death was never properly investigated. The closer Halfpenny gets to the truth, the more he realises someone inside the department is cleaning house, murdering anyone who threatens to expose a drug smuggling operation running through the city docks. Told through a series of interconnected investigations and atmospheric flashbacks, Barry Did It gradually transforms from stark black-and-white cinematography into full colour as Halfpenny pieces together the truth, symbolising his growing understanding of the conspiracy.
