The Healer's Art: A holistic approach to being joyful in a traumatizing world.
Moms are that they might have joy, even the overwhelmed, overthinking moms like your host Denita.
The Healer's Art focuses on:
1)Christ as the ultimate healer,
2)understanding the nervous system, the bridge between mind, body, and spirit
3)unshaming our thoughts, feelings, and identities
Denita Bremer is a coach, not a therapist. Any ideas, suggestions or advice should not be a substitute for professional or medical consultation.
We are taking a little break for the Christmas season. Have a joyful Christmas and we will be back in your ears around January 5, 2026.
In this episode Denita makes a case for a practice of stillness on your healing journey. Using scripture, the words of prophets, and her experience with nervous system regulation, Denita helps you understand how cultivating stillness will help you heal your spirit and your body. We hope you enjoy this episode and put it into practice!

Living in thanksgiving daily
You've heard of the pride cycle, have you heard of the humility cycle? Denita gave a talk in sacrament meeting recently that covered Alma 34:38 "living in thanksgiving daily" and the humility cycle. Denita thinks staying in this cycle helps us receive blessing from the Lord, line upon line, gradually growing our capacity to do so, and enabling the Lord to continually bless us. It's a good one, we hope you listen.
If you're ready to live in the humility cycle more fully and want Denita's support, it starts with a conversation you can schedule here. (https://cal.com/denitabremer/discovery-call)
