I Was Given Less Than a 1% Chance of Survival | Vincent Van den Broeck
Vincent Van den Broeck has had more reasons to give up than most.
After losing his mother, his dream job and multiple businesses — and finding himself hundreds of thousands in debt, Vincent was hit by a car in October 2024. He spent three weeks in a coma and had to relearn how to walk, eat and speak. His rehabilitation was expected to take two years.
Months later, he walked out of rehab.
In this episode of If You Can, Vincent joins Louis Alexander to explore whether resilience can actually be trained, why he believes there is “no plan B”, the importance of the people around you, and how structure, consistency and mindset can help you keep moving forward when life repeatedly knocks you backwards.
