GTA 6 Reveals More Songs, Radio Stations, and Celebrity DJs - IGN Daily Fix
In today's Daily Fix:Rockstar has revealed the radio stations that will fill the soundtrack of GTA 6, and the celebrities that will host them. Among the real-world stars joining the line-up are Morgan Wallen and Lana Del Rey who will host Back Country Radio, Bad Bunny hosting Latin music station Cocoteo FM, pop-centric Flash FM hosted by Robyn, and more. In other news, Xbox has announced XP, a new division of the company that will bring together their expansive IP for use in movies, TV shows, live events, and more. Microsoft has already seen success in the movies and TV space with the Minecraft movie and the Fallout series on Prime Video. In today's Daily Fix:Resident Evil Requiem's DLC plans reportedly feature a story centered around series villain Oswell E. Spencer. At least, that's according to RE9's writer, Haris Orkin, who said that Capcom has already begun working on DLC. Game director Koshi Nakanishi also confirmed that a major story expansion is planned for Requiem. In other news, Forza Horizon 6's PS5 debut will happen January 26, 2027. Used PS5 Pro Prices Skyrocket to $1,400 at GameStop, 3rd Party Retailers - IGN Daily Fix
In today's Daily Fix:GameStop and other 3rd-party retailers are hiking the price for used PS5 Pro's to an astronomical $1,400. As of this taping, GameStop is out of brand-new PS5 Pro's, which still retail for the Sony-suggested $899, but demand as skyrocketed since the previous price hikes, and in anticipation of GTA 6, which will may take advantage of the extra power. In related news, ex-PlayStation Boss Shawn Layden thinks Sony killing off discs is a step in the wrong direction, despite agreeing with the majority of customers who buy games digitally.
