Hi everyone its Coach Sagasta. I wanted to add some value to you and yours on this journey. So, grab your life vest and take hid to the value and share with friends and family.
The latest trend and blessing to others was Monday July 15th in Nashville, Tennessee. When a local a cappella group got together to sign “Lean on me” in the restaurant. This small group turned into a larger group when customers and employees got involved and they joined the hit song (Lean On Me) by Bill Withers. This song gave meaning to me growing up and still does today. I am sure it did the same for those that day. I have been quoted saying; ”The last exam of a great leader is what he/she has left in others through convictions to persist beyond the limits.” We all have the capabilities of helping others.
Will you multiply you value hundredfold or thousandfold?
We are all faced with a change in life, but that doesn’t have to determine your responsibility of being accountable for your potential or your greatness. I hope you enjoy todays podcast.
Hello everyone...
Coach Frank Sagasta here. After working in the education arena for 10 years, and coaching multiple sports for over 15 years, I created a brand for myself and system of strategies to assist students and professionals at expanding beyond their reach and to have great impact on themselves and others on the journey.
When I began working with students and clients online, there were no resources or guidelines available that taught how to improve ourselves effectively. I had to figure it out on my own through trials, failures and experimentations. Of course, some of which I am still practice today, after five years of commitment.
I learned from the best in the field of leadership and stewardship. I have a genuine gift and ability of speaking with students to empower them beyond their own experience. We can all agree that there is a positive bridge that must be built, to make a real difference in their social and emotional learning. Throughout my ten years in the field, I’ve helped students with self-esteem, self-love, and positive mental attitude. I want to help students reach beyond their limits physically, mentally,

Ep 38 - “Limitation or Innovation” With Coach Frank Sagasta
Hello everyone...
It has been a minute and I am truly sorry. We are living in a different today. In fact, there are early signs that the media will be one of many industries to take a huge blow from the COVID-19 crisis, pandemic, or outbreak. We already see the significant layoffs and church closers let alone the states that are fining people.
We have given up our freedom for limitations...Covid19 aka “Certificate of Vaccination identification is here to stay. I am not a conspiracy theorist. Just a many that follows the paper and history.

Double Down or Triple Down Ep28 - “Ignite Life” With Coach Frank Sagasta
Today’s topic is on doubling down or tripling down on the greatest investment in life...”YOU.” I remember having no idea which habits or attitudes would lead me to proven long-term happiness or success. I deeply wanted to improve my life, marriage, spiritual life. My career along with helping others do the same. I spent thirty years killing myself with addictions, negativity, thoughts of suicide, fear, and internal depression.
Over the last five years I’ve been studying leadership, psychology, positive psychology, sociology, neuroscience, and all things on personal improvement. All to help myself and others on the journey. Over the last decade, I've been blessed and honored to coach and train these habits, methods, and/or principles to adults and students in my community and beyond. Some face to face and some through the internet. I have teamed up and met with the some of the best teachers, mentors, doctors, and more high performers. I have read 193 books 📚 in five years. Of course, I’m not saying this in impress you, but to press upon you. This is the one habit that they all shared and it opened the doors. Knowledge is the key antidote that most won’t share with you!
“Human behavior flows from three main sources: desire, emotion, and knowledge.”
