We were called to be beacons of light to bring hope for those plagued by the issues of Life. Starting fresh is a blessing. Hanging in there is far from easy. Yet, The Creator shows and proves in the Divine plan we are worthy of the Gifts bestowed upon us. We just have to tap into the power of Love, Strength, Wisdom, and the Discernment to leave the past where it is for us to Embrace the Promise of Creator in us revealed. Holistically focus, we must declutter On Purpose from the unnecessary roughness of distractions. Keeping the right perspective forgive in order to Love Properly.

Holistic Segment..Star Anise
For this particular holistic segment I chose the miracle herb Star Anise: Rich in antioxidants and vitamins A and C, star anise is effective in easing sore throats and colds. Its anti fungal and antibacterial abilities can keep you away from flu and other viral infections this season....for respiratory tract infections, lung swelling (inflammation), cough, bronchitis, the flu (influenza)...etc...
Simply Place the Star Anise in a teacup....pour hot water and there ya go...I prefer to boil them on the stove....makes the house smell great! So it's an added bonus...
Our Father God Blessed us with Holistics...Healing is essential....
