"Das Thema Wohnen ist in der Politik mindestens so alt wie die Industriegeschichte" sagt Prof. Gondring im Podcast über die aktuelle politische Debatte zu den Themen "Mietendeckel" & Co. Wir waren schon mal 1,8 Mio Hamburger in den 60er Jahren. Seither sind über 200.000 Wohnungen hinzugebaut worden und trotzdem will Politik den Mietpreis regulieren. Warum? Was ist passiert?
