Wij zijn Daniëlle en Henk
<p>Daniëlle en Henk zijn allebei bekend met de Voedselbank Oss en omgeving. Daniëlle maakt er gebruik van en Henk is er bestuurslid pr en communicatie. Bij de Osse voedselbank zetten meer dan zestig vrijwilligers zich wekelijks met hart en ziel in. Met maar één doel: mensen die het financieel even lastig hebben van een gezond voedselpakket voorzien.</p> <p>Met hun collectie hopen Daniëlle en Henk vooroordelen weg te nemen. Want veel mensen schamen zich voor hun armoede en vragen daarom niet om hulp. Terwijl armoede iedereen kan overkomen. </p>

Ik ben Azucena!
<p>Azucena is arts vrouwengezondheid en specialist in leefstijlgeneeskunde. Ook is zij oprichter van vrouwenpraktijk New Women's Health. Zij pleit voor meer aandacht voor vrouwengezondheid. Want nog te vaak worden (chronische) klachten waar vrouwen mee worstelen nog te vaak afgedaan als: ‘Dat hoort erbij'.</p> <p>Een stille gezondheidsepidemie waar vanuit de medische wereld meer aandacht voor moet komen. Ook zij heeft dit als vrouw in verschillende levensfasen ervaren. Een interessant thema waarbij ‘gelijke’ behandeling van man en vrouw juist tot discriminatie kan leiden.</p>

Ik ben Kees!
<p>Kees is jong én gelovig en heeft daar zijn werk van gemaakt. Hij werkt als pastoraal en diaconaal coördinator bij de Titus Brandsmaparochie in Oss. Maar hoe is het om in deze tijd te geloven en dit uit te dragen? Vooral in de Nederlandse samenleving die steeds minder gelovig is. Kees heeft een mooie collectie met boeken, films en muziek samengesteld over dit interessante thema. In deze aflevering van Ik ben! licht hij een aantal titels toe.</p> <p> </p>
