<p>今回はゲストにりんちゃんが登場。収録前にお互いどんな気持ちで臨むかを話したときに共通して出てきたのは「自然体」。</p> <p>今を感じながら話す2人の流れを感じていただけると嬉しいです！</p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>【りんちゃんの紹介】</strong></p> <p>林 美輪(りん みりゅん)</p> <p>愛知県名古屋市出身。祖父母が日本に渡り、日本で生まれ育った在日コリアン3世。大学卒業後、総合広告代理店に営業職として就職し新規営業、広告企画提案を行う。その後、クラウドファンディング運営会社にて資金調達をサポートするキュレーターとして、プロジェクトページ編集や達成施策の設計、実行者のモチベートを行う。大学時代に出会ったコーアクティブ・コーチの、人の可能性に焦点をあて進化を促す在り方が忘れられず、コーアクティブ・コーチング®を学び始める。2015年CPCCを取得しコーチとして活動開始。10代~50代まで幅広くパーソナルコーチングを提供している。</p> <p>2018年NPO法人ETIC.に参画し、社会起業塾コーディネーター、ローカルベンチャー事業など、起業家や起業家支援団体のサポート業務に従事。</p> <p><br></p>
