2025年4月、清澄白河にオープンした、「KINOKO SOCIAL CLUB［KSC］」は、地域で出たコーヒーかすからキノコを栽培する「ファクトリー」と、収穫したキノコを料理して提供する「カフェ」が同居するお店。同時に、キノコに魅せられた多様な個性を持つ人々が集う場として、クロスカルチュラルなクラブ活動を始めています。 タイトルの「IKINOKO RADIO」は、「これから先、生き残っていくには？」というネットミームとキノコを掛けて「生きるための技術」をテーマに、ときに雑談も挟みながらお届けしていく番組。KSCのメンバーが中心となって、毎回多様なゲストを迎え、フード、カルチャー、テクノロジー、エコロジーまで、さまざまなテーマについて対話していきます。 制作：KINOKO SOCIAL CLUB cover design：Hirozumi Takeda jingle：Yosuke Hayashi
