Revocare l'incarico ad un avvocato capita, ma l'importante è che sia per ragioni valide.<br /><br />Tra queste, sicuramente c'è il fatto che il rapporto tra avvocato ed assistito è un rapporto fiduciario: è basato sulla reciproca fiducia.<br /><br />Ho colto l'occasione di una discussione avuta con Marta, che mi ha revocato l'incarico, per una riflessione e qualche consiglio utile per chi vede il rapporto con il proprio avvocato non ottimale.<br /><br />
