<p>Alla soglia dei 90 anni, Eliseo Tonti ci regala la sua testimonianza da protagonista di un settore in continua evoluzione. Un dialogo emotivo che si ritrova anche nell'autobiografia, “Il Volo di un Piaf” (Chiriotti Editori), che traccia in maniera poetica il suo non semplice percorso, partendo dalle difficoltà economiche dell’Italia alla fine della Seconda Guerra Mondiale. Una storia di emigrazione, di imprenditoria e di passione bruciante, in cui il legame sempre vivo con la terra d’origine e la voglia di contribuire a far evolvere il comparto motivano l’autore nel suo cammino. Consegnare a tutti noi la narrazione della sua vita è un grande atto di altruismo, perché Eliseo fa comprendere un importante spaccato del settore, riconsegnandoci anche un documento prezioso, che negli anni Novanta è stato un grande best seller. E così, in un unico libro, ve ne sono due: un’autobiografia che si legge come un romanzo e il meglio di "Decor 2000”, che ha rivoluzionato il mondo della decorazione. Durante la chiacchierata, Eliseo Tonti si sofferma anche su un’altra sua opera editoriale, che ha altrettanto segnato l’evoluzione dolciaria: “Variazioni su Cioccolato e Confetteria” (Chiriotti Editori)</p>
