La Via Silente è un itinerario ad anello che parte da Castelnuovo Cilento e attraversa tutto il territorio del Parco del Cilento, Vallo di Diano e Alburni per un totale di circa 600 km da dividere in 15 tappe, anche meno se siete allenati. Il percorso è quasi tutto su strade asfaltate a bassa percorrenza: potete affrontarlo con una bici gravel, una bici da viaggio o una mtb (se elettrica troverete sempre il modo per ricarircarla).
