Friendship Breakups - Why They Happen & How to Navigate them
Friendship breakups are likely inevitable in the spiritual ascension journey. We are ever evolving, ever changing, and as our frequency raises our soul will start to gravitate and make room for the people who are of the same frequency. It can be heartbreaking to let go of people in your life if feel your energy doesn't resonate anymore, but there still is that love there. In this episode, I share why friendship breakups are actually a healthy sign of your soul's evolution, how to communicate to those in your life that you feel guided to let go of, and how to move on / heal from these friendships. I also share what soul contracts are and the purpose of them as well!
