The world will try to provide all of the answers and promises to you, but eventually you will find that they will always fall short of filling the void within. When you begin to realize that all the truth is within instead of without you will start to watch the magnificence of life unfold. It is time to Illuminate Your Essence.
Relationships are the joy in life.
Relationships are also the part of life that brings us the most opportunity for forgiveness, self reflection, and growth.
And this means we get to stretch.
On this episode I go into more detail about sacred contracts with individuals in our lives.
Why they matter, and how learning how to remember who they are and who we are will set us free.
Free from the bondage of being a victim or being persecuted, and into a person that approaches the chaos with an expanded view of love and connection.
I also talk about the fact that this does not set us up to be complacent with abuse- but that it helps us see the reality with clear eyes so that we can move towards the most loving approach to resolve the conflict within ourselves.
This episode holds promise to helping you see your own relationships with new eyes.
It's in the perception and the compassion and forgiveness that we will set ourselves free to be the highest versions of ourselves.
Set yourself free.

Your 4 Days of Transformation with Yin on Fire
I sat with five like minded individuals a few days ago- and talked about the creation of a huge healing festival and how we use the power of going inward and upward in order to create such a huge project.
I asked Beth Williams, creator of "Beth and Friends Surf the Cosmos," podcast to use the audio for my podcast.
Why you ask?
Because learning to utilize intuition and learn to trust that voice is what "Illuminating Your Essence" is all about.
Listen and take notes on how this huge festival is being created- and then take that power to create things in your own life. Learn to listen to that voice inside and trust the answers it gives to you.
You are your own guru.
You are a powerful co-creator.
All you need to do is illuminate your essence by tapping into that divine source.
Listen to this powerful episode- you'll be glad you did.

The Power of Water in Manifesting with Anahata Hallowell
From one month behind rent with a toddler at home to living between SW Florida and Virgin Islands- taking people on life changing retreats onboard catamarans.
Wow- how you might ask?
Today we will hear from the magnificent Anahata Hallowell as she explains expanding your life, your mind, and your awareness through the power of water.
She calls it waterbending.
I remember when my son was obsessed with it as a young child, and now I find out that it is an actual thing.
And science can prove it.
You are 99.9% water so can you imagine that learning more about water and how to utilize it in its highest fashion could also impact you on a cellular level?
Fascinating....
Tune into this week's episode!
