BEST SHOW TOURNAMENT | IM Men Episode 6

On this episode of the IM Men podcast Anthony & Gage bring 4 of their favorite shows and have them battle each other to the death. Anthony, being the expert on all things interactive and media, dominates the gam- war. SPOILERS for Breaking Bad - Death Note - Avatar the Last Airbender - The Great British Baking Show - Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood - The Office - Adventure Time - Portlandia Anyways I didn't say as much about Death Note as I would have liked so heres a wiki entry, go watch it. Death Note (Japanese (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_language): デスノート, Hepburn (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hepburn_romanization): Desu Nōto) is a Japanese manga (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manga) series written by Tsugumi Ohba (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tsugumi_Ohba) and illustrated by Takeshi Obata (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Takeshi_Obata). The story follows Light Yagami (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Light_Yagami), a teen genius[5] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death_Note#cite_note-5) who stumbles across a mysterious otherworldly notebook: the "Death Note", which belonged to the Shinigami (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shinigami) Ryuk (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ryuk_(Death_Note)), and grants the user the supernatural ability to kill anyone whose name is written in its pages. The series centers around Light's subsequent attempts to use the Death Note to carry out a worldwide massacre of individuals whom he deems morally unworthy of life to change the world into a utopian (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Utopia) society without crime, using the alias of a god-like vigilante named "Kira" ("キラ", the Japanese transliteration (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transliteration) of the English word: killer) and the subsequent efforts of an elite task-force of law enforcement officers (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Death_Note_characters#Kira_Investigation_Team), consisting of members of the Japanese police force, led by L (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/L_(Death_Note)), an enigmatic international detective whose past is shrouded in mystery, to apprehend him and end his reign of terror. Death Note was first serialized in Shueisha (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shueisha)'s manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Weekly_Sh%C5%8Dnen_Jump) from December 2003 to May 2006. The 108 chapters were collected and published into 12 tankōbon (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tank%C5%8Dbon) volumes between April 2004 and July 2006. An anime (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anime) television adaptation aired in Japan from October 3, 2006, to June 26, 2007. Composed of 37 episodes, the anime was developed by Madhouse (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Madhouse_(company)) and directed by Tetsurō Araki (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tetsur%C5%8D_Araki).

DON'T WATCH THE IM MEN PODCAST

What the hell are you doing? Stop reading this and get out of here. You think this is a good use of your time but it's not it's really not. Theres so many better things you could be doing right now and yet you're here. Honestly it's fine, stay, I welcome it since hell is lonely after all. So now that you're staying in hell I guess I should give you the basics. The only shows we have are 13 Reasons Why and the second season of Suite Life on Deck. The food situation is grim, we mostly just have plain toast. It's not burnt or anything but theres no butter either so.... anyways have you guys seen Attack on Titan? They don't have it in hell but I caught up before being tossed down here. I couldn't get into the show for the longest time but I finally committed myself to watching it and loved it. Season 3 lore goes deep and the world building is actually SO good it's crazy. Although theres a certain character the audience has a lot of sympathy for which I don't get considering how awful the stuff they did was but whatever. Oh I just remembered we never did an episode on our Disney World trip damn. Well depending on where the world is next year we're hoping to go to Japan for the first time so that'll be cool, they have flights from hell by the way.

FIRE EMBLEM THREE HOUSES SPOILERCAST | IM Men Episode 5

In this episode of the IM Men podcast the men discuss their experiences playing through Fire Emblem: Three Houses. Anthony played the Golden Deer and Gage played the Black Eagles. This is a spoiler filled discussion talking about the entire game from beginning to end from two different perspectives. (This was originally uploaded in August 2019) Fire Emblem: Three Houses is a tactical role-playing game (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tactical_role-playing_game) rpg developed by Intelligent Systems (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intelligent_Systems) and Koei Tecmo (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Koei_Tecmo) for the Nintendo Switch (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nintendo_Switch) and published worldwide by Nintendo (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nintendo) on July 26, 2019. It is the sixteenth entry in the Fire Emblem (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fire_Emblem) series, and the first one for home consoles since Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fire_Emblem:_Radiant_Dawn), originally released in 2007. Three Houses is set on the continent of Fódlan, divided between three rival nations now at peace, connected through the Garreg Mach Monastery. Taking the role of a former mercenary and new tutor at Garreg Mach, the player must choose a nation to support and guide them through a series of battles. The game carries over the turn-based tactical gameplay of earlier Fire Emblem titles, while incorporating social simulation (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Social_simulation_game) and time management elements. The game's production was challenging for Intelligent Systems, who attributed its success to Koei Tecmo, who had previously partnered with the company for Fire Emblem Warriors (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fire_Emblem_Warriors). The staff wanted something entirely new for the series' debut on high-definition home consoles, birthing the school life mechanics and expansions to battle. Chinatsu Kurahana was responsible for creating the character designs and illustrations. The game's school system and a time skip later in the story took inspiration from Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fire_Emblem:_Genealogy_of_the_Holy_War). The game released to critical acclaim, with critics praising the integration of the school system and battalion mechanics, narrative, characters, soundtrack, and replay value. Minor criticisms were directed at the game's easier difficulty compared to past installments as well as some visual and technical problems. The game would go on to win Best Strategy Game and the Player's Voice Award at The Game Awards 2019 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Game_Awards_2019). As of March 2020, the game has sold over 2.87 million copies worldwide. Three Houses takes place on the continent of Fódlan. The landmass is divided into three rival nations who are now at peace: the Adrestian Empire to the south and west, the Holy Kingdom of Faerghus to the north, and the Leicester Alliance to the east. The Church of Seiros, based at Garreg Mach Monastery at the continent's center, is the region's dominant religion and is an influential power in Fódlan in its own right.

PERSONA 5 SPOILERCAST | IM Men Episode 3

Anthony has finally played Persona 5 (this was recorded over a year ago) and now Gage is excited to talk all about it. So get ready for this incredibly long episode where Anthony discusses his thoughts on the game through a detailed notebook he wrote in WHILE playing it (not a joke). Covers all the spoilers of the game so ideally if you're listening you're a superfan who just wants to hear people talk Persona. Persona 5[a] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Persona_5#cite_note-1) is a role-playing video game (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Role-playing_video_game) developed by Atlus (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atlus). The game is chronologically the sixth installment in the Persona (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Persona_(series)) series, which is part of the larger Megami Tensei (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Megami_Tensei) franchise. It was released for the PlayStation 3 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PlayStation_3) and PlayStation 4 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PlayStation_4) in Japan in September 2016 and worldwide in April 2017. It was published by Atlus in Japan and North America and by Deep Silver (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deep_Silver) in Europe and Australia. An expanded version featuring new content, Persona 5 Royal,[b] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Persona_5#cite_note-2) was released for PlayStation 4 in Japan in October 2019 and worldwide in March 2020. The player character (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Player_character) is a silent protagonist (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Silent_protagonist), a commonplace feature in other Persona games, codenamed Joker (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joker_(Persona)). He becomes the leader of a vigilante (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vigilante) group known as the Phantom Thieves of Hearts, who change the hearts of criminals and other malevolent people through the Metaverse.[15] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Persona_5#cite_note-GemCharactersA-17)[18] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Persona_5#cite_note-GIinterview-20) He forms it together with school delinquent Ryuji Sakamoto, fashion model Ann Takamaki and Morgana, a mysterious cat-like creature. More people join the group throughout the game, including art prodigy Yusuke Kitagawa, student council president Makoto Niijima (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Makoto_Niijima), hikikomori (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hikikomori) computer hacker Futaba Sakura, and cultured corporate heiress Haru Okumura

We're back (originally uploaded 2 years ago) talking about Christine Weston Chandler! This episode deals with the more modern escapades such as Christine's imaginary world she lives in. This episode will focus on the dimensional merge as well as so much more! Christine Weston Chandler (born 24 February 1982 (https://sonichu.com/cwcki/1982)) is a 38-year-old autistic, mentally stunted (https://sonichu.com/cwcki/Therapeutic_Docket) individual, a former virgin with rage (https://sonichu.com/cwcki/Virgin_with_rage), and a self-proclaimed goddess (https://sonichu.com/cwcki/CPU_Blue_Heart). Some would consider him to be a celebrity, but he hasn't sold a multiplatinum album, nor has he scored an Oscar. Instead, he is the creator (https://sonichu.com/cwcki/Things_Chris_has_ripped_off) of the infamous Sonichu (https://sonichu.com/cwcki/Sonichu_(comic)). Chris is completely obsessed with his character Sonichu (https://sonichu.com/cwcki/Sonichu_(character)) and the associated comic (https://sonichu.com/cwcki/Comic), to the point that he has hand-crafted several medallions (https://sonichu.com/cwcki/Medallions) in Sonichu's shape. Between February 2004 (https://sonichu.com/cwcki/2004) and March 2010 (https://sonichu.com/cwcki/March_2010), Chris was rarely seen or photographed without one of these totems, even wearing them in his driver's license photo (https://sonichu.com/cwcki/File:License.jpg) and to his college (https://sonichu.com/cwcki/College) graduation. At the same time, he is absolutely convinced that everyone wants to learn all about Sonichu, and that the only reason Nintendo (https://sonichu.com/cwcki/Nintendo), Sega, and Sony (https://sonichu.com/cwcki/Sony) haven't approached him about making Sonichu games is that they're either trying to be tough negotiators, or that his chances are being ruined by trolls working in the companies. The medallion returned in September 2010 (https://sonichu.com/cwcki/September_2010). For awhile Chris had been upkeeping an eBay shop where he would make and sell these medallions, including Sonichu, Rosechu, Blake, and even custom character options. These were sold for $30 apiece. After the eBay shop became a mild success he moved to Etsy, however, his laziness got the best of him and he lost the shop after nine months in business, due to failing to fulfill orders.
