In this podcasts, we will be addressing self improvement, spirituality, and psychology, In essence, I would love to reach people as I learn and navigate my emotional journey. Life isn’t easy. Living with ourselves in this human experience isn’t easy. I am fully aware that I am so goddamn emotional and this podcast is meant to help others too. As I continue to learn about myself, not only would I like to document it, I would like to bring about people who feel the same and people who struggle with their emotions too.

For example, The baby Albert experiment created by researchers Watson and Rayner uses classical condition of a 9 month child, Albert, to create phobia or fear. Baby Albert who does not fear white fluffy rabbits becomes very fearful of them after the experiment is done. Poor baby Albert.😢
