The Fragrant Smell of Success
In this episode we talk to Edwina Govindsamy, co-founder of Bailly.
Bailly represents power for women. The fragrance industry has often depicted women as one dimensional – feminine, fragile, and fanciful. Women, as we know, are multi-faceted, diverse, and defying expectations. From the products that they create to the causes that they support, Bailly aims to tell those stories and to elevate women who have felt excluded from the beauty industry. Bailly is the fragrance that women carry in their handbag as a reminder that they are powerful, valuable, and deserving of every chance and opportunity in the world.
