Say's Breitbart article headline</p> <p>Bill SB-145 sex offenders: registration brought to you by Senator Wiener</p> <p>None of this makes sense. Children, Sex, willing don’t go together, period. Those words shouldn’t come together to form any kind of sentence.</p> <p>But I think this bill is even more heinous, it's not about the willingness of a minor as the title from Breitbart suggest but the fact a convicted rapist should then not have to register as an offender if not more than 10 years older than the minor.
