7: Keeping it real with yourself when you feel triggered
Hi y'all, in today's episode, I share a recent trigger that affected me... seeing my boyfriend’s ex was at his mom’s birthday party. I get real about the insecurity and fear it brought up: the fear of not being special and the longing for a deeper connection with his family. But instead of spiraling, I used this moment as a mirror.
I dive into:
Detaching from your thoughts – how to recognize that not every thought is true and how to stop identifying with the stories your ego creates.
Keeping it real with yourself – learning to sit with discomfort and face your emotional patterns head-on, without running or numbing.
If you’ve ever felt triggered by comparison, old wounds, or the feeling of being “not enough,” this episode is for you. Let’s get honest and move toward a mindset of trust and abundance.

6: Why starting something new can feel TRIGGERING & how you can do it anyway
In today's episode, I sit down with my thoughts on creative passion, fear, and the process of putting yourself out there. If you’ve ever felt stuck, doubted yourself, or fixated too much on the outcome, this one’s for you.
I talk about:
The struggle of starting—why we wait and how to stop overthinking
Creating for the love of it vs. chasing validation
Manifestation, mindset & abundance—beyond the woo-woo clichés
Stress, feedback & emotional awareness—how fear hijacks creativity
Letting go of feeling unworthy and staying consistent
This episode is for anyone who’s starting something new, questioning their creative path, or just needs a reminder that the process itself is the reward. Let’s talk about doing the thing, even when it’s scary.

5: Stuck? Start anyways. Create before you're ready.
You want to do something more. You feel the pull to create, to express yourself, to build something that feels true to you. But doubt creeps in. Where do you start? What if it’s not good enough? What if you fail?
In this episode, I reflect on an interview I heard with Rick Rubin, author of the Creative Act, and how his wisdom on creativity collides with my own struggles—comparison, perfectionism, and the fear of starting imperfectly. I explore what it really means to create for the sake of honoring yourself, embracing all the messiness of being human—love, sweat, tears, grit—and channeling that into your work.
If you feel stuck, this is your sign to start anyway. The plan will reveal itself. I hope this episode helps you begin ✨

4: Applying the "Let Them" Theory: How to stop letting other people define your worth and find wholeness within yourself
Okay, real talk—I was editing this episode, letting it play while getting ready to meet a friend, and for a second, I forgot I was listening to myself. I just thought, DAMN, I needed to hear this. I can kiss myself on my own damn forehead (you'll understand what I mean when you listen). I don’t need to sulk and feel unlovable just because my boyfriend didn’t do it for me.
Lately, I’ve been feeling reactive, insecure, judgmental (toward myself and others), and caught in comparison. But this episode reminded me that while I can acknowledge my insecurities and limiting beliefs, I don’t have to identify with them or let them take over. And neither do you.
You always have a choice, even when it doesn’t feel like it. I hope this episode helps you self-soothe, detach from people’s words and actions, and remember that your worth isn’t up for debate. It’s about finding that wholeness within yourself.
This process is messy, uncomfortable, and deeply human. And you’re doing a great job just by showing up.
One of the biggest inspirations for this episode? Mel Robbins’ “Let Them” Theory—and how I’m actually applying it in my own life.

3: Conversations with my dad: How my partner’s ambition made me feel stuck and navigating the messiness of your 20s
Frig, it’s finally here—my first podcast conversation with my dad (in a podcast, not real life, ha).
In this episode, I open up about some big feelings—like the jealousy and insecurity I felt watching my partner launch his YouTube channel, while I felt stuck and inadequate. My dad and I dive into the tricky terrain of self-belief and how other people often act as mirrors for what’s missing or unresolved in us.
We also tackle the challenges of figuring out your career path in your 20s, the importance of taking small but actionable steps toward personal goals, and why self-reflection is key to growth. Plus, we talk about finding joy in the struggle, recognizing your strengths, and learning to cheer for yourself—even when the road feels uncertain.
It’s honest, a little vulnerable, and full of insights I hope will resonate with you.
