Humanity is only a reflection, albeit an imperfect one. We strive to pursue our faith in truth; pursuing Jesus who is the truth and also to pursue Him in truth. That means openness, integrity, and vulnerability. We commit to being truthful in our faith, if we struggle, if we doubt, whatever it may be, we will be honest in our faith to God and to our fellow man. Faith in truth and truth in faith. For now, we see in a mirror dimly.

S01E09 - What are we saved from?
This is a big question that we all come across in our christian walk. We've all most likely asked it ourselves and hopefully we've all done some thorough biblical research into the answers.
We also challenge you guys to read more than what we or anyone asks of you, for example, in this episode one of the scriptures we quoted was from Romans 6 verse 6 - 7 and verses 14 & 23. we have challenged you to read the entirety of Romans chapter 5, 6 and 7. This is an extremely important part of performing a very thorough reading of scripture and will further your scriptural understanding in immense amounts.
Tim and I share our response and we hardly even mention Eternal damnation.

S01E05 - What is the Gospel? (**Slight audio issue**)
Season 1 Episode 5
Theme - Salvation
In this episode Tim and I continue with our theme of Salvation. We follow on from Episode 4 : 'What is Salvation?' and we delve a bit further into the story and narrative that threads through the biblical story, with the gospel of Jesus being the very fabric and fibre of that narrative.
**We really enjoyed recording this one and felt it was necessary to put it out, however, Tim did have some technical issues with his microphone so his vocals don't sound as clear as we'd like.

S01E02 - Introspective Reflections
We get introspective and share our Testimonies. Tim and I were raised in completely opposite atmospheres and under completely differing belief sets, and still God has weaved Himself into the fabric of our two distinctly different lives and worked in our hearts to His glory and purpose. Sharing our testimonies is very important as it is an incredibly real view of how God has and is at work in our lives. We encourage you to listen and glorify God for His goodness and also to be inspired to share your own testimony and to not be ashamed of what God has reached His hand and pulled you from. Please engage with us and share your thoughts, testimonies and encouragement via our instagram or facebook handle @imperfectreflectionpodcast.

S00E02 Introductions & Flaws (Darren)
Sooooo. I deleted the audio from the first podcast by accident and all that was left on the actual podcast was the intro and outro..epic fail. So I did a short (read 14 minute long) summary and then I introduce myself and speak on why I want to do the podcast, Do I think my voice matters and a bit about a struggle I had with lust and porn and then end on what marriage is to Tanzinne and I and how we approach it. Thanks for joining and please respond in any way you can. We are a community designed to serve one another.
