89 - Comfort Will Ruin Your Life

<p><span>We usually avoid difficulty whenever we can, but I try to do something difficult every single day. </span></p><p><span>In this video, I’ll explain the three main reasons behind why I’ve chosen this approach. </span></p><p><span>And it all starts with the comfort zone.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>When we&#39;re in our comfort zones, we&#39;re not pushing ourselves.</span></p><p><span>At the first glance, there seems to be nothing wrong with that.</span></p><p><span>Why would we voluntarily put ourselves in a position of struggle, if we don&#39;t have to?</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>But if we only live our lives in comfort, we might be unknowingly doing ourselves an injustice.</span></p><p><span>Hopefully by the end of the video you will be inspired to leave your comfort zone and do something difficult today yourself. </span></p>

87 - I Increased My Productivity 10x - By Turning My Life Into a Game

<p><span>When I was younger I used to play a lot of video games.</span></p><p><span>But as I grew older, they started taking too much time from my other activities.</span></p><p><span>For this reason, I started to gradually reduce the time I spent playing them, until I eventually quit.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>But recently, I decided to incorporate some more down time into my schedule. And I gave video games another shot. </span></p><p><span>This is when I remembered just how fun video games can be.</span></p><p><span>It wasn&#39;t long before I was looking forward to the end of the day, just so I could hop on the computer and play. But this also got me wondering.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>What exactly made those games so compelling?</span></p><p><span>And could I somehow apply those game elements to other areas of my own life to make them more desirable?</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>This is what I&#39;ve learned.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Ending song:  Whitesand - Alchemy of Life</span></p><p><span>You can find it here:</span></p><p><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=0s&v=1Uo6N8Hu1k0" rel="nofollow">  </a><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=0s&v=1Uo6N8Hu1k0" rel="nofollow"><img src="https://www.gstatic.com/youtube/img/watch/yt_favicon.png"></a><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=0s&v=1Uo6N8Hu1k0" rel="nofollow"> • Alchemy of Life - Emotional Instrumen...  </a></p><p><a href="https://www.youtube.com/redirect?event=video_description&q=https%3A%2F%2Fwhitesand.bandcamp.com%2Ftrack%2Falchemy-of-life&redir_token=QUFFLUhqazVzeFByTUZGLWhsUEFrNEUzVWJwTE5oNzRhd3xBQ3Jtc0tuMGNLdktGRWlGQ1BtU2ZIVkJ0Nzg5M1AzeExrQzdQcTl4cmMxMW9qOTRKaVN2WE14OFp6MmhQcWRnVVJTVVZYSzNUT2NKSEY2aVA0WUNWd1M0VWFaOXZxbWR6SDJuTmlrcGNlYWE4dXNUT3RSUUY5dw&v=s6tLGo9yij0" rel="nofollow">https://whitesand.bandcamp.com/track/...</a></p><p><a href="https://www.youtube.com/redirect?event=video_description&q=https%3A%2F%2Fopen.spotify.com%2Ftrack%2F10feK1vyJqrgLqHP6YgdHu&redir_token=QUFFLUhqbWRxeXVYSm9tel9rUnVnZGFPUDJmUXdGWU1RUXxBQ3Jtc0treVd4XzYxdGp0TkxQS3B1eTZYOFl1bTZTODN4LUNFZ2J1OE9rSEk2WmdiSVNZRDFWeE1URVJSRGkzbEs3b1hVTHcxS0tLaGNtUUNGcmh2V0JTM2pNZWVsOHluX0hielR1ZlhPUHRnNjhRajZkOC1wYw&v=s6tLGo9yij0" rel="nofollow">https://open.spotify.com/track/10feK1...</a></p>
