Spezial: Pia Lamberty über Verschwörungsmythen – und wie wir mit ihnen umgehen können
Verschwörungserzählungen – in der Corona-Pandemie sind die sowohl im Netz als auch auf der Straße lauter geworden. Und das quer durch die Gesellschaft. <br /><br />Aber was genau zeichnet diese Ideologien aus? Wie funktionieren sie und warum sind so viele Menschen für Verschwörungserzählungen empfänglich? Was macht sie so problematisch? Und wie können wir damit umgehen, wenn Freund*innen oder Familienmitglieder an Verschwörungserzählungen glauben? <br /><br />All diese Fragen beantworten kann Pia Lamberty. Sie ist Sozialpsychologin und Mit-Autorin zweier Bücher zum Thema „Fake Facts: Wie Verschwörungstheorien unser Denken bestimmen“ (2020) und passenderweise „True Facts: Was gegen Verschwörungserzählungen wirklich hilft“ (2021). Sie ist außerdem Geschäftsführerin der Organisation CeMAS. CeMAS sammelt Expertise zu Themen wie Antisemitismus, Verschwörungsideoloigen und Rechtsextremismus und berät dazu u.a. Medien und Politik. <br /><br />Vor Kurzem hat Pia Lamberty an der Universität Bielefeld einen Online-Vortrag gehalten. Hertz 87.9 stellt ihn euch hier zum Nachhören zur Verfügung.
