🛑💰 Silenced & Set Up: How Haven Homes & Real America Tried to Hide My Ledger Credit & Wrongful Late Fee Caused by Family Promise 🏡⚠️

Today, I’m pulling back the curtain on what really happened on April 30, 2024, when I walked into the Real America LLC office—the company that manages Haven Homes—to confront the mess going on with my housing. This is a story of retaliation, false accusations, and the real cost of standing up for yourself. Let’s get into it! ⸻ Walking Into the Real America Office 🏢 On April 30, 2024, I decided I had enough. I walked into the Real America LLC office to get some real answers. At first, I spoke with a receptionist, but eventually, I was told I needed to talk to Charlotte Wilson, one of their employees. From the moment I sat down, I made it clear—I was there to talk about how I was being treated at Haven Homes, specifically by Rose, the property manager. I told Charlotte everything. Rose had been falsifying noise complaints to get me evicted—all because I confronted her about a late fee that wasn’t even my fault. How It All Started: Family Promise’s Retaliation 🚨 To understand why I even had that late fee, let’s back up. I was in the rapid rehousing program run by Family Promise, but they kicked me out because I held them accountable. At my previous place, The Barlow, I had serious issues: ✅ Windows that wouldn’t lock – meaning I didn’t feel safe. ✅ A maintenance man harassing me – making me feel even more unsafe. I spoke up about these issues, but instead of fixing them, Family Promise retaliated. They removed me from the program and refused to pay my rent, which led to the late fee on my account. Rose’s Retaliation: Using Fake Noise Complaints to Force Me Out 🏠🚫 Now, back to Haven Homes. After Family Promise’s retaliation, Rose decided to pile on the harassment. She: ❌ Emailed multiple organizations about my situation without my permission ❌ Tried to make me feel guilty for the late fee—which wasn’t even my fault ❌ Filed fake noise complaints against me to build a case for eviction I confronted her about it. And what did she do? Played the victim. She acted like I was wrong for calling her out on her retaliation. What Happened at Real America That Day? 🤔 During my conversation with Charlotte Wilson, I laid it all out. I told her how I was being targeted, how Rose was weaponizing the system against me, and how this was a clear case of retaliation. Charlotte listened, but did she really care? 🤷🏾♀️ That’s the question. Because instead of action, all I got was a bunch of corporate runaround. ⸻ Why This Matters & What’s Next 🔥 This wasn’t just about me. This is about a system that punishes people for speaking up. 🏡 Housing programs shouldn’t be used as weapons. 🛑 Property managers shouldn’t abuse their power. ⚖️ Survivors deserve safety, not retaliation. I’m telling my story because I know I’m not the only one. And trust me, this fight isn’t over. ⸻ Join the Movement ✊🏾 If you’ve ever been targeted, retaliated against, or silenced—you are not alone. Let’s keep exposing the truth and fighting for justice. 💬 Share your story in the comments! 📢 Tag someone who needs to hear this. 🎙️ Follow ImTellin’ for more real talk. #HousingJustice #StopRetaliation #ImTellin #SurvivorStories #RealAmericaLLC #FamilyPromise #HavenHomes #ExposeTheSystem 🔥

🔥 Gaslit & Set Up: My Conversation with Nina Robinson About False Noise Complaints 🚨🏡

On April 30, 2024, I was directed by Charlotte Wilson to return to Haven Homes to have a conversation with Nina Robinson, who was the Vice President of Real America at the time. I was hoping for a real discussion about the false noise complaints being used to push me out—but what I got instead was gaslighting, blame-shifting, and zero accountability. In this episode, I break down my conversation with Nina, where I: 🚩 Called out Rose’s blatant disrespect toward me as a resident. 🔍 Demanded actual proof of the noise complaints before accepting any write-ups. 🤝 Asked for mediation, only to be told I just had to “deal with it.” 🏡 Was pressured to say I wanted to move out, despite not having the resources to do so. And here’s where it gets real shady… 📆 Why did Rose wait until April 29th to serve me complaints from April 14th-17th—days I wasn’t even home? 📍 The person who filed the complaint lived in a different cul-de-sac—geographically impossible for me to bang on their wall. ❌ After further investigation, I found out the actual complainer lived in apartment 218—on the second floor! Not under me. Not next to me. Nowhere near my unit. This was a setup from the start. Instead of accountability, Nina gaslit me, telling me my only options were to “deal with it” or end my lease. But as someone in affordable housing, I didn’t have the resources to just pick up and move. So what was I supposed to do? Let them push me out? Listen in as I break down how this was just another way to force me out of my home. 🎧 Tune in now. Share this episode, because what happened to me is happening to others. Let’s expose the system! #HousingInjustice #FalseComplaints #ImTellin #StopTheGaslighting #TenantRights #AffordableHousingCrisis #HavenHomesExposed #RealAmericaLLC #FightBack ✊🏾

   🎙️From Gatekeeper to Gaslighter – Rose Green’s Retaliation🚪🔥

In this episode, I expose how Rose Green, a former employee of Haven Homes Apartments, used false noise complaints to retaliate against me—all because I dared to hold her accountable. 😤 🔹 When I first met Rose, she was rude and dismissive, making my entire application process a nightmare. 🔹 She constantly yelled at me when I followed up, even though their own errors and missing paperwork forced me to keep coming back. 📑💥 🔹 Despite having a background in working with homeless individuals and surviving domestic violence herself, she treated me like I was beneath her. 🔹 The retaliation started when I confronted her about her poor math skills and discussing my personal business with agencies that had already tried to sabotage me. 🚩 🔹 Instead of fixing her mistakes, she weaponized false noise complaints against me. This episode highlights the moment I confronted her, standing my ground without being disrespectful or rude. Listen to how she reacted when I called her out! #ImTellin #NewPodcastEpisode #ExposingTheSystem #FalseComplaints #Retaliation #GatekeeperToGaslighter #SurvivorStories #StandOnBusiness #SpeakingTruth #JusticeMatters 🚪🔥
