Ep 9: John Navarro
February is MMN Awareness Month, and what better way to recognise that than inviting our friend, John Navarro to join IN all honesty for Episode 9.
John is often highlighted as the only person in Gibraltar with the rare condition but his story is so much more. John joins Inflammatory Neuropathies UK's Rich Collins to discuss his early symptoms, diagnosis, the impact on his emotional health, treatment, engaging with the wider MMN community through his own MMN support groups, and championing the condition online and in the press.

We're excited to welcome a good friend of Inflammatory Neuropathies UK to IN all honesty this week - it's Jon Follows!
Jon joins chief exec, Rich Collins, to talk about his experience with CIDP. From COVID to misdiagnosis through an amazing reaction to IVIg, Jon recounts his history with the condition.
We cover the idea that food is medicine, and lifestyle choices that work to stop the triggers of recurrence.
Of course, we couldn't let Jon go without talking about his voluntary role at the charity. Whether he's chatting to people who have a diagnosis, or organising a Yorkshire Get Together, Jon is a true pillar of the Inflammatory Neuropathies community.

Ep 7: Dr. Stephen Keddie, Consultant Neurologist
We're kicking off 2026 with a bang by talking to our very first Neurologist on IN all honesty. Please welcome Dr. Stephen Keddie, Consultant Neurologist at Royal London Hospital, and the latest member of Inflammatory Neuropathies UK's Medical Advisory Board!
Stephen joins Rich to talk about his career, the importance of clinical skills and problem solving as a neurologist, clinical trials for patients with CIDP, and the complexities around IVIg, alternative therapies, and the aim of lessening the burden of treatment on those receiving them.

Ep 3: Clive Phillips
Inflammatory Neuropathies UK Chief Exec, Rich, is joined this week by none other than Clive Phillips.
Clive is the founder of Making the Most of Now, a New Zealand-based social enterprise harnessing the power of cycling to support the global Multifocal Motor Neuropathy (MMN) community.
Clive chats to Rich about his MMN diagnosis in 2019, and the incredible Tour De MMN adventure he's about to embark on: a massive 3,200km cycle looping France in the footsteps of the first British Tour De France team back in 1955.
The cycle begins on May 30th, so listen in, then check out the progress tracker to cheer Clive and the MMN team on.

Ep 2: Rory Coleman
This week, Inflammatory Neuropathies UK Chief Exec, Rich, is joined by a living legend - Rory Coleman.
Rory is the UK's leading Ultra-Marathon Coach and has over 1,200 marathons under his belt, along with 18 Marathon des Sables (the World's Toughest Footrace) completions, has trained the likes of Sir Ranulph Fiennes, has held 9 Guinness World Records, runs a successful coaching business, and has penned two books on his career.
He also had GBS in 2016.
Rory joins Rich to share his story, how he learned he had GBS, his experience in hospital, teaching himself to stand, walk, and eventually run again, and a little about the Coleman philosophy and outlook.

It's the inaugural episode of IN all honesty from Inflammatory Neuropathies UK!
Join Chief Executive Rich as our special guest, Carol Hooper, opens up about her experience of GBS during pregnancy, the impact it had on both her and her husband, and the worries that linger to this day.
