Als afsluiter van dit seizoen heb ik Lieke te gast! Om in het lustrumthema te blijven (CIWereldsteden) maken we met haar een tripje op haar exchange naar Aarhus, Denemarken. Ze heeft hier een half jaar gestudeerd en gewoond: ze vertelt alles over het hele proces, van aanmelding tot daar komen te wonen. Hoe maak je vrienden? Hoe groot is het cultuurverschil? Wat was het belangrijkste om te weten? Ook praten we nog over haar master (Interculturele Communicatie) en bijbehorende stage. Hoe kom je aan een stage? Waar moet je nu rekening mee houden? Iris de Vette over traineeships, geen master doen en IT/ICT bij PwC
Niet iedereen volgt het "standaard" universitaire padje, en wie beter om daar over te komen praten dan Iris? Zij heeft na haar CIW-tijd ervoor gekozen om geen master te gaan doen, maar een traineeship. Ze vertelt hoe ze daar terecht is gekomen, wat ze er allemaal doet en hoe ze van daaruit bij PwC terecht is gekomen. Daar is ze nu Asset- en Procesmanager en Digital Accelerator. Sidney is er deze aflevering bij! Momenteel werkzaam bij Bol.com als HR proces improvement specialist, maar in en na zijn studententijd heeft hij ook niet stilgezeten.
