<p>Whether it is negotiating a pay rise, asking for your pay to be reviewed to ensure parity, or quoting your hourly rate, as women, many of us find this really challenging.</p> <p>We agree. This is hard, but we always remind my clients that they owe it to themselves to know their value and that it is only fair and reasonable to be paid appropriately. We use the phrase ‘self-honouring’</p> <p>The biggest hurdle for many women however, is fear. The fear of asking. And why is that?
