And unfortunately, for the most part, there is an increase in behavior. And then it makes me ask, what has changed in the environment? Or maybe, what hasn't changed? Cases of police sexual misconduct have been going on for a long time. But now officers know their keystrokes are being recorded. There are body cams. logs of text messages, surveillance that creates a record of their interactions. There's hopefully more awareness of sexual harassment and appropriate behavior on the job. […]
