<p>In this episode of In Motion, which is part 2 of the Housing and Transportation discussion with Meg Padjen (Wasatch Front Regional Council) and Alexa Roitman (COMPASS) we will continue to explore the relationship between housing and transportation and how planning decisions impact mobility, affordability, and long-term regional growth. </p><br><p>In Episode 1 Meg shared how the Salt Lake area is planning for development around transit stations and some of the financing mechanisms they are using, including tax increment financing.
