Don’t Filter the Message: Mediumship, Animal Communication & Heaven on Earth with Lisa Miller

In this episode of In My Experience, I reconnect with psychic medium and animal communicator Lisa Miller nearly five years after she first helped me understand my own spiritual sensitivity.

When I originally worked with Lisa, my life looked completely different. I was still married, living on the property I shared with my husband and daughter, and trying to make sense of the spiritual experiences my daughter and I were having. Lisa gave me language for energy, spirit, timelines, dimensions, and intuitive perception before my own understanding of reality completely changed.

Now, five years later, I’m speaking with her from my fifth wheel after leaving that life, rebuilding, choosing a new path of travel, homeschooling, and learning natural building.

This conversation is less of a formal interview and more of a spiritual reunion. Lisa and I talk about how awakening continues to unfold in layers, how healing changes over time, and why forgiveness does not require pretending that painful experiences were acceptable.

We explore soul contracts, aging, illness, grief, personal sovereignty, intuitive children, clairsentience, spiritual sensitivity, synchronicities, alternate realities, and the challenge of living a human life while perceiving things that do not always fit inside the accepted version of reality.

I also share what was happening with my son’s cat, Mac, who had just been hospitalized with congestive heart failure. Lisa connects with Mac’s energy and suggests that part of his purpose is caring for the other animals around him. That leads us into a conversation about animal consciousness, emotional connection, distance healing, and the importance of giving animals purpose, love, and support <3

One of the clearest messages in this episode is: don’t filter.

Lisa explains that the information we receive may feel random, small, or imagined, but that does not mean it is meaningless. Sometimes the detail that makes no sense to the person receiving it is exactly what someone else needs to hear.

We also talk about learning to trust the body’s signals, the need for validation when developing intuitive gifts, and the moment when that trust begins to come from within.

This episode contains candid discussion of personal spiritual beliefs, paranormal experiences, grief, health, medical care, public institutions, and theories about reality. These are personal experiences and opinions, not medical advice or independently verified claims. The Body's Warning: Losing Alignment and Finding It Again with Stefan Glazer

The Body's Warning: Losing Alignment and Finding It Again with Stefan Glazer

What if your body isn't working against you... but trying to get your attention?

In this episode of In My Experience, I sit down with author, photographer, podcaster, and sound healer Stefan Glazer to explore a profound health crisis that challenged everything he thought he knew about healing.

After stepping away from the practices that once kept him grounded, Stefan experienced a serious decline in his health that didn't fit neatly into conventional medical explanations. While seeking medical care, he also began looking inward, reconnecting with meditation, presence, and the awareness that had become secondary to the demands of everyday life.

As his health returned, so did a deeper sense of purpose.

For years, Stefan had been receiving subtle intuitive nudges about creating a retreat and sound healing space. Today, alongside his partner Shannon, that vision is becoming reality through The Pneuma Collective, a space devoted to meditation, sound, community, and conscious living.

This conversation isn't about choosing spirituality instead of medicine. It's about exploring the possibility that healing can be multidimensional, and asking what happens when we begin listening to our bodies before they have to scream.

In this episode, we discuss:

Stefan's unusual health crisis and what it taught him

The connection between meditation, mental wellbeing, and physical health

Why losing daily spiritual practices can quietly pull us out of alignment

Learning to recognize the body's early warning signs

The role of intuition in healing and life decisions

Sound healing and the power of frequency

Receiving years of "breadcrumbs" that led to creating a retreat space

Building The Pneuma Collective with his partner, Shannon

Following invitations instead of forcing outcomes

What it means to live in greater alignment with yourself

About Stefan Glazer

Stefan Glazer is an aligned photographer based in New Mexico, capturing the beauty of the world through a conscious lens. He is the creator of Sight, Sound, and Meditation, an author and writer, and co-founder of The Pneuma Collective.

His work brings together photography, meditation, sound, and storytelling to help people reconnect with themselves, each other, and the natural world.

Connect with Stefan

Website: https://www.stefanglazer.com/

The Pneuma Collective: https://pneumacollective.com/

Instagram: @sng.photo

Connect with Me

Instagram: @hyacinthhealing

If you're interested in working with me, you can learn more about:

Akashic Records Readings

Past Life Regression

Space for You to Speak Sessions

Podcast updates and upcoming events

Linktree

If this conversation resonates with you, I'd love if you'd subscribe, leave a review, and share this episode with someone who may need to hear it.

Thank you for being here and for continuing to explore these conversations with an open mind and an open heart. 🤍

The Other Side Is Beautiful: Finding Your Voice and Taking Back the Reins with Christena Shreve-Elza

In this episode of In My Experience, I’m joined by my dear friend Christena Shreve-Elza for a raw, honest conversation about creativity, divorce, emotional safety, grief, boundaries, and what can happen when life completely dismantles the version of you that existed before.

Christena had recently returned from Mexico, where she spent time in retreat with Chrys Kyng, and the I Am the Medicine community, before giving herself space to rest, integrate, and focus on writing her book, Plants Like People.

We talk about ideas as seeds and how the things we are called to create often need time, attention, pruning, and patience before they are ready to be shared. Sometimes the seed is planted years before we finally become the person who can bring it fully to life.

Our conversation opens into so much more, and there is a reason this episode is marked explicit!

Christena and I share personal experiences involving divorce, emotional and verbal abuse, miscarriage, arrest, incarceration, custody, and the unexpected freedom that can appear when everything familiar falls away.

We talk about what it means to feel safe, the ways women are often punished for finally responding after years of being pushed beyond their limits, and the importance of finding your voice after being silenced, dismissed, or gaslit.

We also explore the slingshot effect of being pulled so far into the darkness that, once released, you move forward with more clarity, trust, and intention than you had before.

This episode is also about breath, mindfulness, nonattachment, being witnessed, and the healing that becomes possible when someone simply holds space and allows you to express what has been living inside of you.

As the conversation expands, we talk about women taking the reins of their lives back, the wisdom we gain as we grow older, the intelligence of nature, and the responsibility we each have to embody the kinder, more compassionate world we want to experience.

This episode was recorded on February 19, 2026.

Follow Christena on Instagram: @shreve1231 Follow Christine on Instagram: @hyacinthhealing

Content note: This episode includes strong language and discussions of miscarriage, emotional and verbal abuse, divorce, arrest, incarceration, and custody.
