“In My Shoes” is a podcast series that focuses on shared experiences within the University of Michigan community. The podcast is intended to break down silos between campus units and promote thinking across disciplines by encouraging the exchange of stories, ideas, and thoughts on the sociocultural issues and lived experiences of different members within the U-M community. Our goal is to create awareness about the diversity of the U-M community by providing an opportunity for students, faculty, staff, and alumni to learn about community members that come from different backgrounds, have different characteristics, and experience U-M differently. We strive to promote and provide platforms for conversation, ultimately to expand perspectives about members of the U-M community overall. Transcripts all episodes are available on our website.
