<p>Jack is the manager of the North American Dota 2 team Quincy Crew. QC is one of the best teams in the world but is not signed with an esports organization and will be attending TI10. We spoke a lot about what it takes to develop a good team culture and bring more professionalism into esports. We also discusses Jack's path into esports through bridging the game between western audiences and the Chinese Dota scene.</p>
