Welcome to In the Arena, I’m your host Bobby Carroll. The reason I started this podcast is quite simple… success. I am out to find what it means to the world's most driven and successful people. I was a competitive mogul skier for more than a decade and was on the podium more than 100 times. I was top 5 in the US and one of the best skiers in the world. Luckily for me I met many successful and driven people in my life. Olympic Gold Medalists, World Champions, Billionaires, and more. On this podcast you will meet them and hear their stories of success and failure. #whatdrivesyou
