Children seem to be at greater risk than ever of being recruited and used in hostilities. This exposes children to many harms, including conflict-related sexual violence.  Join Patrick Kumi, a youth activist in Uganda, and Erica Hall from World Vision as they explore issues around prevention, gendered risks and responses as well as ethical approaches in working with children who have been traumatised in their experiences of conflict.</p>

<p class="p1">Descarga la <a href= "https://allsurvivorsproject.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/04/ITC-EP5-21-04-2022-Transcripcio%CC%81n.pdf"> transcripción</a>.</p> <p class="p1">El pasado 17 de marzo de 2022 los Grupos Focales de Hombres Víctimas de Violencia Sexual, la Red de Mujeres Víctimas y Profesionales y All Survivors Project entregaron un informe sobre violencia sexual contra hombres y niños en el conflicto armado en Colombia a la Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz. Este informe incluye los casos de 75 hombres y niños y se trata del primer informe de este tipo que se entrega a un mecanismo nacional de justicia transicional. En este episodio hablaremos con Ángela María Escobar, coordinadora nacional de la Red de Mujeres Víctimas y Profesionales, Joel, coordinador del Grupo Focal de hombres heterosexuales y Omar y Alberto coordinadores del Grupo Focal de comunidad diversa sobre cómo consiguieron sacar adelante este informe y lo que ha significado para ellos y las demás víctimas.</p>

<p><span lang="EN-US" xml:lang="EN-US">UN Security Council Resolution 2467 significantly advanced recognition of the impact of conflict on exacerbating gender-based violence including by implicitly recognising LGBTI+ and non binary people, however mechanisms to document, understand and respond to the vulnerabilities faced by this group remain limited. </span>Join Professor Lisa Davis, Special Advisor Gender Persecution with the International Criminal Court (ICC), and Dr Charbel Maydaa from <span lang="EN-US" xml:lang="EN-US">the MENA Organization for Services, Advocacy, Integration and Capacity building </span><span lang="EN-US" xml:lang="EN-US">(</span><span lang="EN-US" xml:lang= "EN-US">MOSAIC)</span><span lang="EN-US" xml:lang= "EN-US">,  </span>as they discuss the policy advancements and practical challenges in responding to the needs of LGBTI+ survivors of conflict-related sexual violence.</p>
