<p>Last weekend saw the annual Petersfield Football Club's Junior awards. The event recognises the best achievements from the Under 8s to the Under 16s boys and girls teams. Shine Radio is there to listen to player's accounts of their season as well as coach Rob Fleming and chairman Nick Orr. <a href="https://www.petersfieldtownfc.co.uk/">https://www.petersfieldtownfc.co.uk/</a> And our victorious women's senior side are league title winners again! The Rams are back to back champions leaping 2 divisions in just 2 seasons. Kevin pays a visit to Steep Lawn tennis club's open day armed with a dusted off racquet. <p>A true David versus Goliath football story unfolds at the West Leigh stadium on Friday as Petersfield the Rams take on Portchester in the Portsmouth Seniors cup final. Portchester are massive favourites going into the game as they play in the league above Petersfield and also finished in the play off spots in their season campaign. Also playing last weekend was the high-flying Petersfield women's first side who are sitting top of their league with just a handful of games to go. Farnborough look to spoil their party. The cricket season is back and after the disappointment of a penalty relegation last season for the men's first side, it's time to dust off the disappointment and set goals on promotion. <p>Petersfield Golf Club elects a new president this month and for the first time in it's 124 year history it is a woman. In the Sportlight chats to Lesley Eaton about this historic moment and asks how she sees her new role and what she hopes to achieve. In women's football, Petersfield and Sholing have been running neck and neck in the league for the entire season. One of these teams will be champions. Today they face off against each other.
