Episode 54: A Simple, Impactful Question to Crack Open Your Heart: Are You Happy Happy?

In this heart-opening conversation, Jacinthe welcomes guest Tim Damon, a soulful guide whose journey was forever changed by one simple, profound question from his Gramma: "Are you Happy Happy?" Tim shares his path from a sensitive, quiet child to a grounded, transformative space holder for others. Together, they explore the magic of deep listening, the importance of sacred reflective spaces, and the courage it takes to live in alignment with your inner truth.Tim grew up in a small blue-collar city on the east coast of Canada. As a child, he was always incredibly playful and imaginative. He relished his time in the woods and saw a very magical cord running through the natural world, one that seemed both of this world and otherworldly. He was also very sensitive and quiet. This was just his nature. While for the most part he had a happy childhood, due to his sensitive, quiet nature, he was often the target for name calling and bullying which made him very reluctant to speak up in a room or assert himself in any way. He was much more comfortable blending in and being quiet. It was safer that way.Tim is by nature a very curious and playful person. He lives life in accordance to his own light and truth. He loves to inspire others through meaningful dialogue and deep listening. In today's modern age with all of its fast moving parts, quiet and peaceful reflective times are so incredibly important to bring us back to a state of balance so that we can become clear as to how to move forward. He believes that a space held in the spirit of sincere connection is truly sacred and instrumental for healing on a deep level. His trainings in yoga, Tantra, meditation, energy work, integral facilitation, and holistic coaching have supported him in cultivating a steady mind and calm presence. This presence is what he brings to all of his sessions with clients and is what helps hold the container for transformative insight, peace, and grounded clarity.Get in Touch with Tim: https://www.timdamonholistic.ca ( https://www.timdamonholistic.ca)________________You can connect with Jacinthe: https://www.loveessentiallife.com/holistic-mindset-coaching (https://www.loveessentiallife.com/holistic-mindset-coaching)FB: https://www.facebook.com/loveessentiallife2 (https://www.facebook.com/loveessentiallife2)IG: https://www.instagram.com/love_essential_life/ (https://www.instagram.com/love_essential_life/)Music from #Uppbeat (free for Creators!):https://uppbeat.io/t/dan-phillipson/making-progressLicense code: OCWKMVCIYLMA6BGH
