Sport, bewegen, meedoen, het zijn belangrijke termen wanneer we praten over inclusie en zelf lekker in je vel zitten. Uniek Sporten is een organisatie die zich inzet voor het zo toegankelijk mogelijk maken van sporten en sportlocaties. In deze uitzending spreek ik met Silvia Bos. coördinator Aangepast Sporten regio Arnhem e.o., en met Lito Anker, die paralympiër is. Als geen ander weet hij wat sporten voor goeds kan doen en dat deelt hij graag. Als gastspreker maar ook in deze podcast. Leer meer over toegankelijk sporten in Arnhem en wat sport positief kan bijdragen aan je leven door te luisteren.

Hoe toegankelijk waren deze festivals, we praten erover met Harold Oddens (Hoogte80) en Marko Meijer (SBSTOF).
