71 - Ann Lowe, Wedding Dress Designer to the Kennedy's
<p>This episode is the final episode in Black Women Designers, highlighting Ann Lowe. Ann started design at age six and was making her own designs at age 10. </p><p><br></p><p>Ann, like Elizabeth Keckley who kicked off the trio of episodes, designed for the US White House when her and hear team designed the wedding dress and 10/15 bridesmaids dresses for the Jacqueline Bouvier and John F. Kennedy wedding. Kennedy would become a US President.</p><p><br></p><p>Ann and her team were not highlighted by the press or Jacqueline Bouvier for the work on the wedding.
